Property notes. Acquired in December 2018, I took advantage of the winter months to give it a thorough overhaul, replacing all the through-hull fittings and seacocks, installing two air conditioning units and upgrading the electronics. After using it in the summer of 2019 with the original engine, I decided to replace it with a new one and took the opportunity to have the generator removed and thoroughly refurbished, which was completed in June 2020. Since then, the boat has been used for occasional trips to Denia and the coast of Alicante and, above all, for six to eight weeks of family holidays in the Balearic Islands, mainly Menorca and Mallorca, avoiding mooring as much as possible in order to be anchored or on a buoy for periods of up to eight days.
